Kaden Keusler, a Wichita native and Kansas State University graduate, has been making waves in the construction industry since joining Hutton Design+Build in January 2024. Initially interested in architectural engineering, he transitioned into a field he was more passionate about, eventually graduating with a Construction Science Management degree. At Hutton, he plays a vital role overseeing various aspects of project construction, from framing to interior finishes. Kaden thrives on the dynamic nature of his job, enjoying the balance of office work and hands-on site management, while aiming for leadership roles in the future.
Kaden Keusler, a Wichita native, graduated from Kansas State University in December 2023 with a degree in Construction Science Management. He enjoys the dynamic nature of his job, which allows him to split his time between indoor and outdoor work.
Kaden’s future aspirations include advancing to roles such as superintendent or project manager while maintaining a connection to fieldwork. He values the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and sees the potential for career growth within the Kansas construction sector. Despite the challenges of his current project, he is motivated by the chance to make a tangible impact and contribute to successful outcomes.
Reflecting on his career path, Kaden acknowledges that while the college route was beneficial, there are diverse entry points into the construction industry, including trades and laborer positions.
