Jace’s experience at Dondlinger Construction has allowed him to work on various projects in Wichita and surrounding areas, including residential and commercial sites. His future aspirations include owning heavy machinery and potentially advancing to a superintendent position, reflecting a desire to combine hands-on work with leadership roles.
Looking ahead, Jace is optimistic about the construction industry’s growth in Kansas, driven by increasing economic development and job opportunities. He values the dynamic nature of construction work and the camaraderie it fosters among team members.
